To establish your LLC, we draft Articles of Organization that are filed with the North Carolina Secretary of State’s office along with a filing fee of $125; if you need twenty-four hour turnaround time, we can pay an additional $100 filing fee. The name you want may be taken, so a thorough check should be performed before filing. The Operating Agreement is the set of rules that govern how the LLC is run, and what the Members rights and obligations are under the operational scheme and as to LLC property. We will work with you to draft your Operating Agreement and get it signed. Multi-member LLC must also elect Subchapter S treatment, if applicable.
