N.C.G.S. Chapter 57C governs structure and operation of Limited Liability Companies in North Carolina. As of Jan 1, 2014 that section of the statutes will be replaced by N.C.G.S. Chapter 57D.See Session Law 2013-157, Senate Bill 439.
