Be careful who you loan your jet ski to! A NC man loaned two jet skis to friends. They roar off down the lake, and one eventually collided with the other, which resulted in him loosing one leg from the knee down. He sued the jet ski owner, among others, and the Trial Court awarded him over $5,000,000. (The ski owner was finally held not liable, but the lawsuit has been in process since 2007.)
