In the NC Western Division of the US District Court, a lawsuit against Wells Fargo Bank for fraud based on the bank intentionally encouraging it’s employees to make false statements to the plaintiff and other purchasers regarding the quality and value of a development in order to induce them to enter into loan agreements survived the bank’s motion to dismiss.
